Who Uses Your Information
The organisation operating BW Brand controls the customer information it uses to manage purchases and customer service. CUNNTAS provides the storefront software. Contact the shop owner using the business contact details supplied with your purchase.
Information and Purposes
We use your name, email, mobile number, billing and delivery addresses, account details and order history to manage your account, fulfil purchases and respond to enquiries. Security records help protect accounts and prevent fraud. Processing is based on fulfilling your contract, legal obligations such as accounting, and legitimate interests in security and customer service.
Sharing
Necessary information may be shared with the storefront hosting service, your selected payment provider, delivery companies and fulfilment suppliers used for your purchase. Payment details entered on a provider’s checkout are handled under that provider’s privacy notice. Any overseas processing must have appropriate legal safeguards.
Retention
Records are kept for the period needed to fulfil orders, handle returns and disputes, maintain accounts and meet legal recordkeeping obligations. The shop owner can explain the periods applicable to your purchase.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent applies, you may withdraw it. Contact the shop owner to exercise these rights. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
