A Professional Address for Your Company

Suitable for new incorporations and existing UK companies, Mayside House supports registered office and official service address requirements for Companies House and HMRC.

Director service addresses and trading or correspondence addresses are also available, helping you keep business correspondence separate from your home address.

Companies House, HMRC and similar government correspondence is included. Same-day activation is available Monday to Friday for most applications once identity checks are complete.

Smart Post – Pay-Per-Item

Stay in control of every item of post without paying a deposit or maintaining a prepaid balance.

We scan your incoming post and make a preview available for you to view. You can then decide what happens next:

• Save the PDF: Keep a digital copy of the correspondence you need.
• Delete the PDF: Remove the digital copy you do not wish to retain.
• Forward the Original: Have the physical item sent to your chosen address.

You pay for each chargeable item as and when you request the service. Prices start from £1.50 per item, with postage added when the original mail is forwarded. Prices exclude VAT.
